Jaap-Willem’s specialism is extraordinary criminal law. He assists clients up to and including the European Court of Human Rights and in extradition cases.
Jaap-Willem Roozemond is practicing law since 2003, including at the largest law firm of The Netherlands De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. Furthermore, he worked at the University of Utrecht.
Jaap-Willem has extensive experience in multiple international mega drug cases, suspicion of life crimes, money laundering and confiscation, approximately 25 ram-raidings, and suspected membership of criminal organizations. In addition he has special expertise in healthcare cases. Together with Arjan de Haan, he often assists healthcare providers, general practitioners, and physiotherapists who are suspected of fraud and other crimes.
